How often does our company come out?

Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available, please contact us for a plan that serves your needs best.

Do we work through the winter?

Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and we continue to clean up and remove dog waste through winter.
If we need to skip due to extreme cold, we will contact you and make up visit at no extra charge.

What happens when it snows or rains?

We work in most weather, but snow or very cold weather can stop us. If for any reason we are unable to clean on your scheduled day due to weather, we will make every attempt to inform you, and try to reschedule that week's service. As long as there is no heavy snow accumulation, we will clean up to prevent excessive accumulation. We will usually work in the rain, although a very heavy rainfall may stop us.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have access to the yard, it is safe to enter, and we know where to leave the waste bag.

Can we work with your dog in the yard?

We get along well with dogs; however,we will be more efficient when working with zero distractions..We will message you when we're on the way so the dog(s) can be removed from the area, and we will let you know as soon as we're done so they can be let back into the area.

What if I want to skip a service day?

If you want us to skip service, we can hold service and you will not be charged for skipped services. There will also be no charge for service missed due to weather or some other event beyond your control.

What do we do with the waste?

The waste is bagged and left in trash bin or wherever you would like us to leave it if the trash bin is not accessible.

What about cleanliness?

Our tools are cleaned between each stop, using a disinfectant to kill ALL known bacteria and virus, which includes the microorganisms that cause parvovirus, kennel cough, and distemper.

How do I pay you?

We accept check, cash, and app payments such as Paypal and Venmo.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?

We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.

Is there an extra charge for the first time?

There may be an extra charge for the first service depending on the amount of waste accumulation.

Is it possible to get a one time only service?

Yes. One time only or short-term service is easily arranged.

What does your company mean by quality service?

We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make it right either by coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account. Please note we cannot guarantee our service when working in areas that have tall grass or weeds, or when there are excessive amounts of leaves, ivy, trash, mud, or snow. We also cannot guarantee our service when waste is cleaned from between rocks. But even in these cases, we will always do our absolute best to get every piece of waste.
